Bluesed,Screwed, and Tattooed

Since December of 2002 I have beeen attending Jake LaBotz shows in Phoenix, and everytime I leave satisfied. This was his 4th year in a row doing the Tattoo Across America tour. Everytime he comes through Arizona on these tours he plays for the good and not so good people that fraternize at Incision Tattoo in Glendale,AZ. September 12 2009, Mike and Dave had another great party.

JAKE LABOTZ

Jake LaBotz is one of my favorite artists. Great storytelling with a soulful and somewhat twangy delivery. Definitely one of a kind. I suggest you buy his albums or go see him when he hits your town. Unfortunately, the video is dark, sorry.

The first show I have ever been to in Europe was also Ghoul's first ever. In a small town outside of Dresden, Germany called Bischofswerda was the 2nd annual Morbide Festspiele 9/5/2009 at East Club

This was my first time getting to see Hashknife Outfit without them being Soda's backup. They were local support for Pushin' Rope. The show took place at the Rhythm Room 8/30/09 in Phoenix,AZ.

My last show as a resident of Portland,OR was bittersweet to say the least. This was a great show to leave on, my favorite Portland band supporting the return of hardcore legends. Wehrmacht returned gloriously with help from Engorged and Order of the Vulture at Hawthorne Theatre on 8/15/09.
